The Annexe is a self contained flat built onto the side of our home in Netley, it has 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room , fully equipped kitchen and lounge/ dining room with TV/DVD.
A nice cosy base with full gas central heating and off road parking for either a car or dinghy and trailer. And we now have a bed setee in the lounge and can accommodate 4 people
We are 0.5 miles from Weston and Netley sailing clubs and 2 miles from all the Hamble Sailing Clubs.
