The ground floor flat is self contained to the rear of the owner’s detached bungalow with a separate entrance.
The holiday flat Poole flat has been approved by the English Tourist Board as a 3 star establishment.
The flat comprises of a lounge plus double bedroom shower room washroom and kitchenette, there is an additional single bed if required.
There is a garden patio area which is for the sole use of the flat complete with patio furniture and a gas barbecue.
The flat is fully equipped for the use of 2 people and has been recently updated.
There is off road parking for one car plus small boat trailer with turning area.
The flat is ideally located approximately 4 miles from Poole Town Centre 10mins from the harbour and ferry terminal.
The Purbecks, New Forest, Weymouth and Dorchester are also all within half an hours driving.
There are very some good country pubs and restaurants close by to suit all tastes and budgets.
Bookings are from 2.30 pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of departure.
It is possible to cater for short breaks please call for details.
